ReDesign Your Life For Retirement - Fall 2013 class

If you’re approaching or in the midst of your retirement transition, you may be in the process of asking yourself what you want now and how to achieve it. In this 8-week class, we’ll explore the transition process, what it means to redesign your life, discover new ways to expand your social network and make conscious choices that will bring you fulfillment in your work, leisure, health, home and more!

This program is for you if you want to:

  • Learn about the stages in the transition process and the tools & strategies to help you navigate successfully,
  • Clarify what fulfilling work and lifestyle mean to you including your health, leisure and relationships,
  • Experience weekly accountability that keeps you in action and grows your self-awareness,
  • Discover and learn through interactive discussions, personal experience, and reflective exploration,
  • Connect with others going through the retirement transition, and
  • Participate in life long learning and personal growth.

Topics that we’ll explore include:
